Most of the A's were high but they made a limited run of low A's too. 
There some other iterations that I can't recall at the moment.  Kevin's 
had them made up.  I bought my low A from Norman but that was years ago. 
 I also had an F# made for me by Pat Missin.  Have you ever heard Paul 
Davies play 2 stacked SBS's?  Pretty amazing stuff.  fjm
