Do your self a favour and buy one of the smaller Shure ceramics, (1.25 inch
diameter) off richarpo (ebay) or at JT30.com.  They are high impedance and
have a nice tone and get dirty if cupped tight.  You can build it straight
as per the i-mic set up.

The mouser dynamics I looked at a all low impedance so you would need to use
an adapter to hi-z, if you use an electret(condenser) you will need a
battery and an isolating capacitor which makes it all too hard in my
opinion.  If you do want to use a mouser element the crystal 25LM022 or
25LM037 ceramic would probably be the picks.
