I wouldn't bank on that last bit.  We have some big, robust ladies over
here... ;-)

You're lucky the hair was detached from you before it got trapped.  I've had
more eye-watering incidents due to trapped 'tache hairs than I have over
losing the ladies, and I've lost a few.  Trapping a hair makes you feel kind
of...very angry...for a few seconds too.  Be afraid.
