I think it's a great design and a great idea.  Count me in for at least 1.  I will also pitch the idea to our local blues club and arts community, so when you establish a price, I'd like to know.
 
I agree with Bill's idea to put Harp-L on the front breast area if the graphics are on the back.  If everything is already on the front, locating Harp-L to the breast area in a somewhat smaller font is still a good idea.  However, I don't think it needs a slogan or any additional wording. 
 
I believe it should stand as a plain and simple message for a plain and simple effort.
