White Hot AND Blue has been released on CD -IN EUROPE -I have it.

I bet Jon Paris (bass player) or Johnny Winter is the harp player on the 
other disc that you mention.

Was that a tricky title to get you to buy a substandard(harpwise) CD, or 
what!?
