Here is some useful information for New Orleans and Gulf Coast musicians:

The following is a website where people can go to describe what housing 
assistance they have available to evacuees from Katrina.  The evacuee can find out 
what is available within so many miles of a zip code. If anyone wants to offer 
assistance, this is the place to sign up.

The New Orleans Musicians Clinic is an organization that provides free 
medical care and other assistance to local musicians and their families.  The clinic 
has relocated its administrative offices to Lafayette, La.  

The clinic recommends that their musicianas/clients relocate to Austin, TX. 
where they are coordinating with an existing clinic there.
