[Harp-L] Reaches KC Tape Review....

I just got my VHS tapes from Reach. First off I have to say that Reach has
really taken on a project here. With all proceeds going to our friend Pat,
Reach has made a considerable donation himself with his efforts. Blank
tapes, padded envelopes, postage & time all came from him..thanks dude.you
have surely used up your quota of good deed's done for a while! My prayers
are still with Pat and I hope that my small contribution somehow made things
just a little bit easier in his time of need.

 

Now about the tapes... reasonable quality that surely captures the
moment(s).  Reach did a nice job with his initial credits and
disclaimers..low budget but high impact! All performances were as
expected.hot stuff from hot players. Jason has a passion for the harp and
his peers that prevails throughout the event. A fine host indeed!

 

The coverage of the Saturday night jam was fun to watch. The portion he
included on tape#2 was a minor blues that went around the big group a couple
of times. There is just no way to capture the entire energy of those late
night jams on tape. It is such a mix of music & social interaction.
Wonderful people from all over the globe relaxing & sharing all aspects of
their personalities as well as their musical vocabulary.  Thanks Reach for
including a little piece of the SPAH magic on your tapes.

 

Anyone with some cash to spare for a HARP LEGEND in need will be pleased
with these tapes in exchange. Thanks one more time to Reach for his
dedication and heart in following through with his promises.
