The point about celebrity helping you to open other doors is valid. But one difference is that Madonna can (and did) have someone else write her books for her. Willis can't have someone else blow the harp for him (well, it would be unlikely, but I have seen concerts by vintage rock acts where there were 'ghost' guitarists backstage).

I said I didn't care for his acting but you're right, sixth sense was a great movie and he was pretty good in that one.
