U might wanna buy Rupert Oysler's CD ROM or videos, "Harp Repair and  
Modification".  It can be ordered at _www.harprepair.com_ (http://www.harprepair.com) 
 or put in a  search.  It covers it all, and way, way more.  The CD ROM, 
which is  viewed at yer computer, costs c. $65 but it's worth it if u are a 
serious  player.  Or to learn, u could go to the SPAH and other harp conventions a  
bunch of times and go to the workshops.  (Rupert's CD is sounding cheaper  all 
the time!)
