Well, you're a helpful chap Ken!  :)
  Having sat down with the album, as far as I can tell they are as follows:
1. Bm Nat 
2. Bm Nat 
3. Bm Nat 
  He hits notes that are below what you get with a BmN LO (Dm in 1st pos)
and it seems to fit 5th pos on a G country tuned harp (5- raised a
semitone), the range and bends sound like they are in the right places for
this.
4. D on regular G - Blisters
5. C on regular C - BLT
6. A on regular D -  Sunshine Keri
7. E on regular A - Down the Nile
8. A on regular D - Starkite
  At least I can play along with Lee with those harps, so thats my guess,
FWIW.    BTW When did LO unleash his altered tuning range on the world?
