Good on ya, Tony. I can't for the life of me figure out why one of his 
band-mates might have said it, and I  sure as heck can't see what good 
purpose was served by it being repeated here.

And the weakest musician in _that_ band can still run circles around me 
when it comes to technique and theoretical knowledge--and that doesn't 
make me worth any less, either. It takes way more than great chops to 
make a great band. In fact, sometimes "great chops" is the _least_ 
important factor in a great band.
