[Harp-L] extended solos
Hi All
I' m not a fan of long solos (both when listening and playing) but i
never refer to the audience reaction to stop or continue my solo. Just
because the mood of the audience is never the same: If you play
somethin that makes it react one day, it may have no effect an other
day. It happened i was told" hey man, you should have continued that
chorus!" but i stoped it cause i didn't feel it. The opposite may
happen too.
So my opinion is: trust your feeling cause some will enjoy, others
won't. That' something too subjective
to make absolute rules. If there was a rule, i think it should be
"SINCERELY PLAYIN" to keep your conscience safe.
