[Harp-L] America's Most Talented Kids

Ok, I'll admit it. I'm a sucker for talent shows. Last night I was watching "America's Most
Talented Kids" and this 6 year old boy (I'm sorry I don't recall his name) was playing harmonica
in a rack while he played an oversize acoustic guitar. He sang "Knockin' On Heaven's Door". The
kid was barely competent on harmonica - meaning he knew when to blow and when to draw and didn't
try anything fancy. His guitar playing and singing were also on about that same level. But dang
it, the kid had CONFIDENCE, and he was cute, and he didn't make any mistakes. Most importantly,
he sang the song like he MEANT it! Hearing a 6 year old sing about death was more than a little
weird, but it made for some compelling entertainment! He ended up taking first place!
