I've always appreciated someone who could say their thing in 12 bars... or 
less.

That being said, Big Walter's stuff that he did on the Johnny Shine's J.O.B. 
recording are like extended solos and to me they're perfect.  Shakey's all 
over those songs and he never gets in the way, he's always adding to the 
song and his tone's just KILLER!
