Actually, comb can help you to die younger...
I got from Tony Ramos, and then I found out He is right, why Hohner, Suzuki and Seydel put nickel plates on their metal combed harmonicas: to avoid any contact of Brass with Aluminium as the chemical reaction of it produces bad taste to your harmonicas and moreover nocive components!
For Cocobolo, the dust of this wood is toxic. I wish Bushman could tell us everything about the seaming process...
Some people did ask for "Why a new comb?". Well, in that case, the comb on Delta Frost will make your embouchure closer to the reeds so this will help you to get a better control on the reeds and so on your playing.
