The bottom line to winning any auction is that you're willing to spend more 
than someone else. It doesn't matter when or how you reach your final 
amount. I use a sniper program. AuctionStealer. You can use it for free ( i 
do) but the free version places your bid for you with 10 seconds left in the 
auction. If you pay for their service, its a nanosecond or some crazy time 
warp speed thing! lol  I use it because I work and don't always have access 
to a computer when the auctions are ending. My philosophy has always been to 
put my real bid in at the end of auctions anyway. So the program allows me 
to not have to watch and see and try to play catch-up with some one else. 
Often is the case where my high bid is surpassed before the program ever 
kicks in. And thats cool too, cause obviously someone was willing to pay 
more than I was. With or without a sniper program.
