What do you do with hecklers, loud "requests", fights, harp players playing 
in the crowd, and other negative audience interaction?

loud "requests"
 - maybe just say you'll do that one later and never do it unless you want 
to.

hecklers
- depends are they fans?
- Keb Mo just ignored one at a show I saw, I'm sure everyone in the audience 
wanted to kill him as he would shout "Keb Mo" real loud after every tune. 
Maybe they did kill him as he eventually shut up. Guess what, the guy was a 
harp player.

Here's my suggestion for a heckler, just point right to him and hold still 
it in silence for 40 seconds never saying a word. Basically get everyone to 
give him the look.
