I bought a harp back in the summer of '73. My friends told me I should learn to
play blues. I had no idea what blues was. I got Tony's book. He mentioned some
of the seminal harp players, one being Sonny Terry. I went down to Passim's
with a buddy and saw Sonny and Brownie. My life was changed forever.
