I play  Hohner MS  Big Rivers in the Low keys D, Eb, E F, F#. Loosen up the
reed plates and push the reed plate as far back as it will go. Many times
the reed plate hangs over the comb. I like the  full sound of bigger
chambers. I actually put the Big River set up on my LaVoie Maple wood combs
which have larger chambers than the standard harmonica.
