I use Lee Oskars or SP20s all the time just about.  Several years ago, I 
would have said that Lee Oskars would go a year and SP20s about three 
months.  After finding this list and soaking up advice about getting 
amplified and playing from the abdomen I could probably double or even 
treble those time-spans.  In my case, that represents very heavy use.  In 
any case, I wouldn't allow longevity doubts to put you off SP20s.  They are 
super harps.
