American Harmonica Newsletter is a great grassroots general information user friendly harmonica paper.

HIP - published by Winslow Yerxa was the best attempt at a very high quality magazine with great articles and interviews. I don't know if back issues are still available.

The Harmonica Educator is another great resource.

Hohner also puts out a newsletter every once in a while called Easy Reeding.
