Hi,
I don't know if this will make you feel better, but I'd venture that
encyclopedias written on paper are less important as people turn to
web-based resources for their information. After all, who among us
does not turn to Google before we go to the Encyclopedia Britannica?
If anyone on this list is interested in shaping the sort of
information that people get about the harmonica, consider adding your
knowledge to the Wikipedia, the web-based, free-content encyclopedia
written collaboratively by volunteers. Here's the link to the
Wikipedia's article on the harmonica:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harmonica
Anyone with a web connection can edit this article (or any article in
the Wikipedia). So don't get mad. Contribute to a resource that can
take the place of that music encyclopedia.
