[Harp-L] Shure CM/CR elements

Is the impedance [low, med or high] of a Shure element coded into the number stamped on the backside? How do you insure that you're paying for a high impedance element other than trusting the seller to know and report it honestly?
Thanks, Jay
PS--I have a supply of low impedance CM elements on hand.
