For a clean simple cheap digital reverb, you might want to check out the
Alesis Picoverb.
It has delay, but only at a couple fixed time settings, so it is not as
versatile a delay unit as the Nanoverb or Midiverb.
It is 24 bit, 48Khz sampling rate, and I've seen reviews that seem to
indicate that it is one of the cleanest sounding reverbs around.
Online price about $80 US.
