I'm looking to buy an Analog Delay unit, and have pretty much
decided on the Boss DM-2 or DM-3. Does anyone have experience
with BOTH of these units. I've heard a lot of talk about the
DM-2, but not much about the DM-3. Is there any real difference
between the two? Does the DM-3 sound the same as the DM-2?
The DM-3 can be had a bit fewer bucks.

I personally don't care much for reverb. However, our very own Chris Michalek has me in love with the Boss DM2. I can't imagine playing a gig without some sort of delay. It adds so much interms of balls. It takes a good dry sound and makes it sound HUGE and adds a lot of punch. I've also used an echo-delay pedal from Visual Sound and that works well. The Maxon delay pedals are very costly, but sound great.
