Go to Cafe Express buy him a fresh squeezed orange juice, double
espresso and a croissant.  This will keep him happy for an hour. 
Don't feel remissed when he doesn't finished the $5 orange juice (he
never does). Don't touch his cell phone and remember George Brooks is
God (at least that was the woman from the half way house said)  :-)
