For most folks, the head is a lot heavier than the harp.  It's much more 
efficient to move the harp.  Less momentum so  it's takes less effort to 
move the harp at a given speed.  Of course, it might look cooler to 
shake your head.  Like a prevoius poster, it gives me a headache too.
