[Harp-L] CR Elements

Are all old Shure CR elements  Hi Z ?
If so then does anybody know of anyone that can bring a half dead one 
back to life and how much the likely cost is of such an operation ?

I have one that is so quiet  that I assumed it must be low Z, so I used 
a low to hi Z impedance transformer with it and yet it's still as quiet 
as a church mouse.
I reckon it's half the output of any other element I have.
