Now that you mention it I have this problem too. I just figured I was
doing something wrong. Sooner or later someone's going to end up
chipping a tooth on an XB-40 cover. I know I've really run into the
covers hard with my front teeth. I'd love a solution. By the way I got
Mr. Sleigh to rework an XB for me and the difference over stock os
dramatic. The response is ever so much better and the tuning is more in
line with what I want. It wasn't cheap and it sure did take a long time
but the results are amazing. fjm
