The Rhino Handmade release of Butterfield Live is out of print but if 
you look you can still find it in various outlets. 
www.bluebeatmusic.com has a copy, it's not cheap, $60.  They also have 
the more affordable single disc release of the same show with none of 
the extra stuff.  Blue Beat is the best single source I've ever found 
for this particular type of recording.  Obscure blues, country, R&B and 
even hill billy music.  They've got it all.  fjm
