IMO the solo on this track is probably in the top 25 best harp solos ever.
Not hard perhaps, but very original and very melodic. Don't know how he ever
came up with that given that you need 4 harps to play it. There was an
article on the net somewhere where he explained how he came up with it. Said
he was sick like a dog that day, he said he tried a few things to go with
the tune, but nothing he tried was very good and then as a last try he did
it as on the track and history was made. It sounded like he just came up
with it on the spot.
I seem to remember him saying he used 5 harps when he did it the first time,
but my memory may be failing me. I looked for the article and couldn't find
it.
What always amazes me about Norton Bufallo is how much he can express in a
single wailing note.
