I gotta go with Chris's analysis on this one.  These are very 
important questions to ask yourself.  You have to remember that 
you're going to be family with this guy if you play very much.  Is 
he a person around whom you want to spend a lot of time?  

A friend of mine told me that one thing he always does with 
prospective band members is pick a fight to see how they respond in 
stressful or combative situations.  That might be taking things a 
bit too far, but it's kind of the right idea.
