Even with Just intonation some notes, e.g. the tonic note in first position, 
are pitched the same as if the harp was in equal temperament or an 
intermediate tuning.  To my ear, A=445 is over the top and I get the 
uncomfortable sensation that I'm sharp.  Whether that's detectable by anyone 
listening is another matter.  When I hear recordings of harmonicas in 
different fine-tunings I don't seem to hear the differences as clearly as 
when I'm hearing my own playing.
