I had a bad experience with ampwares.com last year. I
ordered some tubes that took forever to get delivered.
I emailed them to cancel the order and the tubes
arrived anyway. I returned the tubes unopened. My card
was never credited and months of attempts to contact
them via email and telephone (I think the # on the
wbsite is a celphone voice mail) went unanswered.
