[Harp-L] "Big Eyes" Smith...Vent records and more

On his cd's he plays harp.  Primarily being a drummer (i'd love for that to 
change) i've always loved his playing.  Never heard him on harp.  How's he 
sound?  If you give him a "thumbs up" I might order a couple.

Also, on the ordering consideration list.  On CD Baby, there's a disc by 
William Howes (spelling) and Jack Pearson (one time Allman Bros. guitar) 
doing acoustic blues. Anyone heard that one?

I have Mark Sallings "Let It Be Known" on Vent records (Alabama).  Does he 
have any other cd's?  Haven't been able to find much surfing.  George 
(Harmonica Red) and Big Al have told me that Vent Records is RIP.

More from Vent Records.  One of their artists is (was) Topper Price & The 
Upsetters.  Haven't heard their disc.  Supposedly hot harp.  Comments?

Has anyone heard the Fab T-Birds remastered cd's of their first four albums? 
 Got a deal from M.C. Records for all four of 'em for $50.  I have the 
first three on vinyl.  Supposedly there are some "extra" tracks as well.
