This is very subjective but in my opinion the Meisterklasse is better than
the suzuki in terms of tone and playability (especially bendability).
Concerning high end harps, I would tend to recommend ordering a harp to a
customizer. A custom harp (by a good customizer) is always better than a
stock harp in my opinion. And their price and delay are not that big.
