Hi Mike,

I also subscribe in digest form.  You might try the following for 
replying to a specific message: simply mash "reply," which sets up an 
Email to the general list.  Then remove everything you received in 
the digest except the message you are responding to.  Then change the 
topic by pasting the new topic into the subject line, and paste the 
individual's email address into the cc line.  Then write the reply 
and mash "send."  In this manner, the reply is sent both to the list 
and to the individual.  If you want to reply only to the individual 
(i.e. off-list,) replace the harp-l address with the individual's 
address.
