Read his musician's guide. Everyone and his sister wants to make money in the
music field. The key is having a good work ethic (you practice how many hours a
day?)excellent people skills,and flexibility, have the ability to play almost
any style of music--sight reading etc. He goes into detail.

Don't forget, the competition is scary and getting better every day. Don't take
that as discouragement, just another challenge.
