[Harp-L] Mick Kinsella

I've seen Mick's book "Blues Harp From Scratch" online at some discount 
sites.  Someone posted about Mick and tongue roll/trills recently.  Do you 
have Mick's blues book?  If so, any comments on it while i'm considering 
ordering it?  Thumbs up or down?
