What key do you all play this in, my band says E but most recordings i have the harp player sounds like he is playing in A on a D harp on all the parts other than the main E-A-E-G riff. Any help?

I think Muddy Waters sang it in A. I like to sing it in E, but that's a little low for a some people. G or A probably work better for an average male voice. It's not classical music. <g> The key you play it in should be the best key for the singer. A soprano or a counter tenor would want a different key from the above.
