I played thru one of these for years. Is it the cool green mother-of-toilet-seat veneer finish? I loved that little amp. I still have the matching lapsteel guitar that it came with. You want to complete the set? Contact me off list if you'd like.

Anyone have any experience with this (I think 1957) amp. I've had one
in the closet and it sounds OK but I'm also thinking of buying one of
the harpgear.com champs that have been well reviewed on harp-l. My
usual amp conked out so I'm looking for something small and bluesey.
p.s. the magnatone is outrageously cool looking. dennis nyc
