           If you don't mind the cold,Syracuse,NY has a hoppin blues 
scene.Many blues bands and musicians to hook up with.Live blues every night of the 
week at least at 3 or 4 clubs around town.The community?Syracuse is a blues 
town.Two and sometimes 3 major blues fests in upstate NY every year.
