Paul, thanks for giving this non-tech-head an edifying glimpse into the 
guts of a li'l amp.   Well done on all counts, the repair and the 
photo-enhanced-saga.

You almost gives me the moxie to look into my ten-dollar 1962 3-watt Alamo 
Fiesta for installation of a grounded power input, line out plug and 
all-around looky-see.  Almost, anyway.  Luckily for that little beauty I'm 
6000 miles away from it!

But instead I think I'll try to learn a song today.  It's maybe safer for 
all concerned . . .
