I am no expert, and there are lots of people on this list who will tell you better than I, but the 1-4 draws are both bendable, and if you are playing them as simultaneous octaves, there is an excellent chance that there will be beats if you unconsciously bend one or the other, or one more than the other.

Just an observation.
