My only concern while loaning mics is if the jammer damages my mic (letting
in fall, for example). If the mic is a common one, like a Blues Blaster or a
Shure, I wouldn't be much concerned, it can be replaced. That's one of the
reasons why I use only standard equipment when I have the opportunity.
But I agree with Peacotguy:
"If it's your equipment, you make the rules for the use of it. If you're
polite about it, who can object?"
