There's plenty bad to say about Chris 'Hammer' Smith and anyone else... I really appreciate Rob Paparozzi's approach. He ALWAYS has a positive attitude about everybody. He ALWAYS looks for the good in whatever situation is presented.

Rob has the right idea (MY opnion). It actually might be an ethnic idea. He, Phil Caltabellotta, and I ALL feel that casting aspersions onto another's playing is actually a sin. Think of it this way. You are (basically) saying that the person in question has wasted perhaps several years of their lives playing and therefore their lives are worthless. Ergo: even though a player may not be of the highest calibre at this point in their lives, respect the fact that they have at least made an effort to play harmonicas instead of just 'owning' harmonicas. Remember, not every one has the same talent?s to begin with.....smo-joe

Clay said it. Good guys like Harper and Rob P and even Rosco will always be fun to hang out with. Where other guys are complete "tools"... There are plenty of musicians that I could have met but I could tell they weren't worth my time so I just let them continue on thinking they're Oh so cool.
