[Harp-L] Re: MC151 problem
I have taken apart and repaired the MC151 cartridge. It could very easily
be a bad internal connection giving you erratic meter readings. This
connection is inside the cartridge itself, not the ones you can see inside
the shell. The way the parts inside are assembled makes this connection very
delicate, and easily disturbed by general handling, especially dropping. If
it's not working well you can send it to me for a free inspection. If I can
fix it, the cost is 40 dollars. If I can't, then all you've lost is a bad
element and a couple bucks postage.
