I don't know for USA, but over here, in France, a Meisterklasse is about ?75 (nearly $95) while James Gordon price starts at $85 and there is a HUGE difference between an out of box Meisterklasse and a James Gordon Customized Special 20... And the time we have to wait, over here, to get the right harp in the right key is sometimes twice longer than James or Richard waiting list... I remember, two years ago, I did order a Hohner SBS Tuned 14 hole harp.
Well it took 2 month to get it and when the store got it, it was not the good harp. 14 holes, sure, but richter tuning! So, I gave it up and tuned by myself.

Jimmy Gordon or Richard Sleigh is your best bet for custom harps. 
After the Filisko guild there is a huge drop off in terms of quality.

The price and wait is definately worth it for harps from the Filisko
guild.

Better yet, learn to do it yourself. I've been doing that for the
past few months. It's gets easier the more you do it.
