Hi Bruce.  If you get stuck tyring to find a gold cover plate GM in  the USA 
then you could try _WWW.HARMONICAS-DIRECT.COM_ 
(http://www.HARMONICAS-DIRECT.COM)     in Bradford England.   I use these guys a lot and they are  
great...good swift service. They send harps all over the planet.    I  think the GM gold 
only comes in the key of C,but they also sell GM reed plates  in all keys.
