[Harp-L] Gil Scott-Heron

Gil Scott-Heron was the subject of a lengthy New York Times piece about a 
year ago.  At that point, he'd been picked up on a parole violation, having 
become pretty much of a stone street-junkie with a horrific crack problem.  
Nonethless, the people around him expressed great love for him, and to deny the power 
of his best music (and prose writing, too) is to miss an artist of real 
genius.
